Frozen Slushy Drink Recipe

This is one of the best HCG recipes when it comes to feeling like you are having a treat and adds some excitement to the way you can eat your serving of fruit! There are so many variations to this recipe so it is hard to get bored with it. I use this recipe while on the HCG diet, maintenance, and after!

Orange Frozen Slushy Drink
1 Fruit Serving= about 140 grams of an orange
4 drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia
A couple of handfuls of ice cubes
Some water (or to add a kick use a little seltzer or club soda)

Put the orange in the blender and blender it up then add the Vanilla Creme Stevia and a bunch of ice cubes, and a little water or club soda and blend until smooth. This can make quite a lot by adding more ice and water or club soda. It makes a very yummy slushy!

You can also try this recipe with grapefruits, apples, strawberries. During the HCG diet I DO NOT mix fruits but on the maintenance and after I have mixed strawberries and oranges together and it is awesome! I also have used a lot of the different Stevia flavors. This is a great recipe to be creative!
