Great Resorce-How to Keep Eating Clean!

This is a great resource after you complete the HCG diet! It is a great guide during the Maintenance and beyond. We are always getting questions what are good resources to keep eating well, what types of foods are good to eat, and recipes. We have had many many customers that have reported to us that this is a great book to read and to implement into your daily eating after you complete the HCG diet. It is extremely important once you complete the HCG diet to continue to adapt a healthy lifestyle to keep the weight off!

I am a 46 year old mom who has taken an amazing journey in the past 43 days... I first heard about the HCG drops by stumbling on to them while on the Internet, desperately looking for something to help with my unsuccessful weight loss efforts. I had done it all...you name the diet/program, I'd done it. I even work in the fitness industry and work out 4 days a week and teach a nutritional/ weight management class! Nonetheless, I wound up being put on blood pressure meds & oral meds for Diabetes by the time I was 45 and just not able to take of those stubburn 40 pounds. Being diabetic, the weight does NOT come off easily. Also, from my blood work in May, they discovered my cholesterol was off the charts as well. My doctor agreed to give me till September to take some weight off and try to correct the issues myself. Well, as of today I have already had my blood pressure meds reduced by half, and if blood test confirm how I feel, my diabetic meds are going to get reduced as well. I shooting to get off all of it. This program has been so easy. I was a little skeptical to say the least at eating 500 calories and still have it be healthy, but within the 1st two weeks, I was convienced. The weight just came off, I lost inches and I slept better then ever. I also do a lot of singing and my voice and tone quality has become so strong and clear. Great extra benefit for me. Amazing Smoothie

This is a yummy smoothie that is great to use in the Maintenance phase. There can be many variations added to this shake. I put this smoothie together when I started my first Maintenance phase. I prefer this over an ice cream shake!

I also add a 1/2 a scoop to a scoop of protein powder to this when I need some added protein! If you don't have frozen fruit you can use fresh fruit and add ice cubes.

1 cup Nonfat, Plain Yogurt
1 cup frozen fruit (I use strawberries or a berry mixture)
A little water (usually 1/3 cup or less)
4 drops of Berry Flavored Stevia
4 drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia

Combine yogurt and fruit in a blender and start blending until it is struggling to blend and add a little water (usually about 1/3 cup or less) and continue blending until smooth. Add Stevia drops and blend until mixed. Enjoy

Another MUST have on the HCG Diet!

Here is another MUST have while on the HCG diet. This stuff rocks! Bragg's Liquid Aminos is the perfect solution to make all your meat and vegetables taste incredible! The best part is that it is completely approved while on the HCG diet.

I love adding this to my chicken, beef, and even a little when cooking my fish. Personally I think it really tastes like soy sauce.

My favorite HCG meal: I would put a little liquid aminos and water in the pan with my measured chicken add salt and pepper and cook my chicken in it. Once the chicken was almost done I would add my chopped broccoli and some more liquid aminos and grill it together! It is so yummy and tastes like a rice bowl minus the rice. :) Sometimes I would roll this into huge lettuce cups!

Bragg Liquid Aminos contains:

Frozen Slushy Drink Recipe

This is one of the best HCG recipes when it comes to feeling like you are having a treat and adds some excitement to the way you can eat your serving of fruit! There are so many variations to this recipe so it is hard to get bored with it. I use this recipe while on the HCG diet, maintenance, and after!

Orange Frozen Slushy Drink
1 Fruit Serving= about 140 grams of an orange
4 drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia
A couple of handfuls of ice cubes
Some water (or to add a kick use a little seltzer or club soda)

Put the orange in the blender and blender it up then add the Vanilla Creme Stevia and a bunch of ice cubes, and a little water or club soda and blend until smooth. This can make quite a lot by adding more ice and water or club soda. It makes a very yummy slushy!

You can also try this recipe with grapefruits, apples, strawberries. During the HCG diet I DO NOT mix fruits but on the maintenance and after I have mixed strawberries and oranges together and it is awesome! I also have used a lot of the different Stevia flavors. This is a great recipe to be creative!

A Favorite Plateau Breaker

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar does so many wonderful things for the body such as relieves heartburn and helps with digestion but one of the best things is that it does is to help the body BURN FAT! This compliments the HCG diet since that is what we are all accomplishing on the HCG diet.. burning off that stubborn fat!

Most of us hit a small plateau while on the HCG diet. There are many things we can do to break the plateau that we include in the Diet Tool Kit but here is one of the favorites that is really simple to do.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

1 Tall Glass of Water
2 Tablespoons Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs is a great brand but any Organic Apple Cider Vinegar may be used)
Stevia to taste (Either 1/2-1 packet of Stevia or if you are using the liquid Stevia you only need a couple of drops)

Mix together with a spoon and drink it with a straw. The Apple Cider Vinegar can be harsh on the enamel of the teeth so it is best to drink with a straw so there is not a lot of direct contact. It is also better to drink it in one sitting than to sip on it throughout the day. It is important to use "Organic". The Stevia is not necessary but it really helps with the taste!

Stevia Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Here come the Stevia recipes!!!

I love this recipe! I used it all the time when I was on the HCG diet, on my maintenance and now! It is super fast to make and tastes so yummy! When I would have to eat out while on the HCG diet, I would always bring this dressing for my salad. Each time my friends would taste it and wanted the recipe!

Strawberry White Balsamic Vinaigrette
2-3 large strawberries
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar (I like to use white wine vinegar)
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 packet Stevia
Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend it on puree until mixed (it only takes a few seconds). I love this dressing on my salads, cucumbers, strawberries and even some of my meat. It is delicious on anything!
