
This is a yummy smoothie that is great to use in the Maintenance phase. There can be many variations added to this shake. I put this smoothie together when I started my first Maintenance phase. I prefer this over an ice cream shake!
I also add a 1/2 a scoop to a scoop of protein powder to this when I need some added protein! If you don't have frozen fruit you can use fresh fruit and add ice cubes.
1 cup Nonfat, Plain Yogurt
1 cup frozen fruit (I use strawberries or a berry mixture)
A little water (usually 1/3 cup or less)
4 drops of Berry Flavored Stevia
4 drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia
Combine yogurt and fruit in a blender and start blending until it is struggling to blend and add a little water (usually about 1/3 cup or less) and continue blending until smooth. Add Stevia drops and blend until mixed. Enjoy
